Another celebration from St Martin in the Fields

British Baroque specialist, Peter G Dyson will return for his third program with The Chamber Orchestra at St Paul's in Elisabeth Murdoch Hall on Saturday October 13th.

Maestro Dyson has directed more than 700 concerts in London's iconic Church of St Martin in the Fields. This will be a great program of Handel, Bach, Purcell and Telemann. Soloists will include Rebekah Gilbert (mezzo-soprano), Richard Fomison (trumpet) and Lachlan Redd (keyboard).

Tickets from the Melbourne Recital Centre Box office or online.

Post-script: A great audience in Elisabeth Murdoch Hall. This was a brilliant virtuoso concert - from Richard Fomison's great trumpet playing  (including the Purcell sonata), through Lachlan Redd's outrageously good Bach piano concerto and Rebekah Gilbert's very interesting and beautiful Handel mezzosoprano arias - to Jennen's technical brilliance and really dynamic leadership. Mr Dyson's third visit to Melbourne Recital Centre was wonderfully successful.
