After sell-out  Symphonic Pink Floyd concerts in Asia and Europe, Michael Woods brings this work to Melbourne - once again working with Jaz Coleman's actual London  recording scores. Both the Symphonic Pink Floyd and Symphonic Led Zeppelin London Philharmonic albums remained at no. 1 on the US Billboard charts for more than a year.

A wonderful evening of orchestral colour and excitement!

REVIEW OF SYMPHONIC PINK FLOYD (Melbourne Recital Centre)

Review - Melbourne Ballet Orchestra, Symphonic Pink Floyd, Elisabeth Murdoch Hall.

This was a wonderful work, extremely engaging and capturing an aspect of the music that took it well beyond the original. The playing of this occasional ensemble under the direction of Michael Woods was impeccable. The nuance of the shaping of the melodic and accompanying phrases was beautiful. The ensemble glissando phrasing was very well executed and created a magical interpretation of the original. A fantastic performance. RU
